As an affordable housing complex (this does not mean rent is subsidized), we are required to obtain income evidence. At time of admission, please provide a copy of your most recent annual income tax evidence (T1 is acceptable, but Notice of Assessment is preferred). This information will be used to ensure we are meeting our requirements for affordable housing, and for our statistical records, and will be kept in your confidential resident file.

Bethany Place Apartments

  • Rent $1,212 to $1,504/month including heat, air conditioning, water/sewer, and electricity
