Bethany Manor has a wide variety of suite options available, including rental suites, Life Lease suites, Assisted Living, and Personal Care.

When suites are available, our Housing Officer will contact applicants in the order applications are received and offer suite showings and tours of Bethany. A $200 non-refundable application fee is required when applying for Life Lease housing.

Rentals and Life Leases

Helping residents maintain their independence is one of Bethany’s core values, and we offer age-in-place support like Assisted Living and Personal Care.

Independent Living Rentals

Rentals have a fridge, stove, central heating, air-conditioning, and balcony. There is shared laundry on each floor (not coin-operated) and tenancy agreements are month-to-month.

Independent Living Life Leases

Life Lease apartment units have a fridge, stove, central heating, and air-conditioning. Most have dishwashers and in-suite laundry.

Assisted Living

Hotel-like services include three meals a day, scheduled housekeeping and linen service.

Personal Care

Staff provide supervision, custodial services and some assistance with daily activity including safety checks during the day and night.

We have a number of applicants with the same or similar names, so please include your full name(s) and date of birth in the email to ensure we find the correct waiting lists for you. 

Please note that our waiting list system functions on a different platform than the previous waiting list system; this means that you will not receive an instant response. Responses will be sent during regular business hours only.

Move-in/move-out procedures

We can’t wait for you to join our community! Once you’re ready to move in, we’ll provide you with building-specific procedures to ensure a smooth transition. And, if you have any questions, our team is always here to help!


Assigned outdoor parking with an electrical outlet may be rented for $55/month (pending availability). The right to use an indoor parking stall in the Bethany Place parkade may be available for a $7,000 debenture; Bethany retains ownership. Buyback is based on the $7,000 debenture less 2% depreciation/year for the first 10 years, and then 1% for the next 10 years, to a maximum of 30%. The operating fee is $110/month. You may need to go on a waiting list for indoor parking. After obtaining an indoor parking stall in the Bethany Place parkade, the resident may go on a waiting list for the Manor and/or Tower indoor parkades.
