Personal Care services

With an environment designed with care and safety in mind, Bethany Villa is licensed for light to intermediate Personal Care. Resident Services Staff are on site 24 hours daily to provide supervision, custodial services, and some assistance with daily activities including regular safety checks during the day and night. Cannot admit or care for residents who are at risk of wandering. Three meals a day are served in the Personal Care Dining Room, snacks are available, and staff provides scheduled housekeeping and laundry services.

  • 2 Lilac units 260 sq ft (no indoor patio), furnished
  • 12 Cedar units 458 sq ft (388 sq ft suite + 70 sq ft indoor patio)
  • 1 Ash unit 534 sq ft (450 sq ft suite + 84 sq ft indoor patio)
  • 1 Evergreen unit 594 sq ft (510 sq ft suite + 84 sq ft indoor patio) (prioritized for couples)
  • Fees range between $4,095 to $4,571 for single occupancy.
  • Double occupancy can be available in Cedar, Ash, and Evergreen units, and fees for a couple will be adjusted to factor in the additional services and meals required by a couple.

Features

  • Private bathroom with an easy access shower in all units.
  • Indoor patio in the main corridor, with exception to the 2 Lilac units.
  • Cedar, Ash, and Evergreen units are large enough to house couples. Evergreen unit is prioritized for couples. Lilac units cannot accommodate couples.
  • Obtaining any assistance aids (vertical support poles, raised toilet seat, shower seat, etc.) is the responsibility of the resident/their family supporter.
  • Cedar, Ash, and Evergreen units contain an adjustable bed, built-in bedroom cabinetry for clothes (closet and drawers), living room area, kitchenette (with mini fridge and optional built-in table). All other furnishings are the responsibility of the resident/their family supporter.
  • Lilac units also contain an adjustable bed and built-in bedroom cabinetry for clothes (closet and drawers). Additional furnishings are also provided including a comfortable chair, tall dresser, wall-mounted TV, nightstand and lamp.
