We are pleased to announce that we have a new Manor 110 Guest Suite to replace the old Manor 110 Guest Suite that is now used by the hair salon.

  • The new Manor 110 Guest suite is #204-110 La Ronge Road.
  • The suite features a kitchen, private bedroom with queen-sized bed, a loveseat in the living room that pulls out into a hide-a-bed, cable T.V.
  • The full-size kitchen has a fridge, stove, and microwave, and is also stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle).
  • The cost is $90 per night for up to the first two persons. Additional guests are an extra $5 per person per night; this includes children/infants.

There are new Resident Services telephone numbers to call for guest suite matters, such as when guests need to collect guest suite keys after office hours/on weekends. Please no longer use the “956” Resident Services number as that has been discontinued.

Guest suite policies remain the same - as copied below - only the phone numbers have been updated at this time.


Guest Suites

Guest Suites are rented to Bethany residents for the use of their guests.  They are not intended for use by the general public. If possible, residents should make the bookings themselves unless they are unable to do so for health or other serious limitations.

Reservations for the guest suites are made on a first-come basis. Reservations may be made for a maximum of seven consecutive nights only per guest suite. Guests may be approved by the Main Office to stay longer on a day-to-day basis, provided no one else has reserved the suite by check-out time.

At the time of booking, a deposit of $20 per night per suite is required to reserve the suite. If the reservation is made in person, the deposit may be paid by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. If the reservation is made by phone, the deposit may be paid using a credit card. The deposit will be applied against the balance owing upon check-out.

Reservations can only be made up to 90 days in advance. Reservations are to be made through the Main Office. After office hours and on weekends, reservations may be made with the Resident Services staff by calling the numbers noted below, if the requested stay is on short notice and the Main Office will not be open to process the booking at any time prior to the requested stay.

We request that you do not make guest suite reservations until you have confirmed accurate arrival and departure dates with your guests.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day before the check-in date). If cancellations are made within this required timeframe, deposits and any additional sums already paid for the booking will be refunded. If cancellations are not made within this required timeframe the resident will be billed for the entire rental cost. After hours, cancellations may be made with the Resident Services staff by calling 306-956-7726.

The Manor 120, Tower and Place suites may all be rented by a Bethany resident at the same time, except for the following peak periods when only one may be rented at a time:

  • December 24 to January 1
  • Good Friday to Easter Monday
  • Thanksgiving weekend (Friday to Monday)

Key Pick-up:  To ensure that Resident Services can clean and prepare guest suites in advance of new bookings, guest suite keys will not be released to the resident/guest before 3:00 p.m. on check-in day – no exceptions.

Keys are available for pick-up as follows:
  • Key pick-up is only available at or after 3:00 p.m. on check-in day.
  • On weekdays, pick up at the Main Office between 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • After hours and on weekends: Resident/guest can obtain the keys from Resident Services staff by calling:

Bethany Manor 110 Guest Suite:

  • Located in suite #204

Bethany Manor 120 Guest Suite:
  • Located in the Manor 120 lobby next to the elevator.
  • The cost is $70 per night for up to two persons.
  • This suite cannot accommodate additional guests.
  • Has cable TV.

Bethany Place Guest Suite:
  • Located in suite #244.
  • The cost is $90 per night for up to the first two persons. Additional guests are an extra $5 per person per night; this includes children/infants.
  • The suite features a kitchenette, private bedroom, a couch in the living room that pulls out into a full-sized hide-a-bed, cable T.V.
  • The kitchenette has a fridge, stove, and microwave, and is also stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle).

Bethany Tower Guest Suite:
  • Located on the 8th floor.
  • The cost is $60 per night for up to two persons.
  • This suite cannot accommodate additional guests.

Rates are subject to change.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. These times are intended to give cleaning staff time to clean suites between guests. Please leave the key in the Guest Suite when checking out. Guests who fail to return Guest Suite keys will be billed $50 per set.

The cleaning staff will check towels daily during a guest’s stay. Sheets will only be changed upon request.

Room service for meals is not available. However, guests are welcome to attend the dining room for meals at the required ticket prices. 24-hour reservations are required before attending the dining room for a meal (call the kitchen at 306-242-2353 to reserve) and meal tickets are required (meal tickets can be purchased at the main office).

Guests using a Guest Suite have access to the facilities which are normally accessible to the residents, with exception to areas specifically designated as “Resident Use Only”. The same standards of acceptable behaviour that apply to the residents also apply to guests.

Notes to Guests:
  • Please change the door sign to “IN USE” during your stay in the suite.  When checking out, please expose the “VACANT” sign.
  • For the security of the entire building, please ensure the any windows are locked whenever you are not in the suite.
  • The telephone is for your convenience to make local calls. The Guest Suite phones are not equipped to make long distance calls.
  • Please do not dial “Directory Assistance” as that incurs additional charges that are billed back to Bethany. If such charges are incurred, the resident responsible for the guest will be required to cover the cost.
  • Guest Suite occupants may park in Visitor Parking at no charge. Visitor Parking is first-come/first-served and we cannot guarantee a Visitor Parking stall will be available. If a resident would like to short-term rent a designated outdoor parking stall for their visitors, the rental cost is $2 per day - pending availability.
